ANNUAL VERIFICATION 2023-24
We have began to hand out all cadets and their parents a copy of their Annual Verification forms. Please check your emails and have them sent back to us.
Any cadet without an Annual Verification form in the system, will temporarily not be permitted to parade.

Navigation & Trk FTX
Woodland Trails Scout Camp
3-5 May
ARRIVAL:
Friday- May 3 - between 1800-1830 hrs (6-6:30 p.m.)
Parents are to drop their cadets off in the parking lot area
PICK-UP/DEPARTURE:
Sunday- May 5 - 1400 hrs (2:00 p.m.)
Parents are to pick-up their cadets in the parking lot area
It is important that parents pick-up their cadets on time. Officers have to return kit and have to travel distances
Cadets MUST bring their Ontario Health Card otherwise you must leave the FTX or contact your parents to have theme return with your OHIP Card.

Location: Mount Joy Community Centre - 6140 16th Ave
Cadets are to be dropped off for 0900 hrs - to practice for the ACR
Parents/Family/Guests to arrive for 1300 hrs
Cadets will be issued a request to bring a food item for light refreshments at the end of the Parade
